When the client bought this property, the house was old, and the yard has not been maintained at all. We worked with the home design company from the planning process to the construction phase. The client wants to have a simple modern backyard where they can seat, small green space for kids to play and place for BBQ and outdoor dining. Also like to have the little privacy on the front yard. We’ve added the raised deck connecting with the master bedroom French door and place the green space where the client can see kids from the dining room/ kitchen and added small, paved area for the outdoor dining. We also add the custom designed fence at the front yard to give the separation from the sidewalk.
