Work while at SWA. With a strong focus on tree preservation, gathering spaces, net zero water and net zero energy, the design team aspires to provide a new civic heart. For a town made up of fenced and walled-in yards, this design will challenge the adage “Good fences make good neighbors” by bringing together residents in a public open space that fosters stewardship, friendship, and community.
